The college works in partnership with colleges in the South East and via GFE South, a partnership of colleges in the region, to support long term unemployed people back into employment and low skilled employees to increase their skills base.

In the past we have also been funded to provide programmes for local people who are unemployed or at risk of being made redundant under the Skills Support for Unemployed and Skills Support for Redundancy projects.
