Hospitality and Catering department

A Centre of Vocational Excellence (CoVE)

The Hospitality and Catering department is a Centre of Vocational Excellence (CoVE). It has four industry standard training kitchens and is fully equipped for Asian and Oriental cooking. Students manage the Gallery Restaurant and run weekly dinners and events at the College.
