Library Resource Centre (LRC)

Learning resources and quiet study areas

Library Resource Centre (LRC)

Library Resource Centre (LRC)

You will find a large well equipped Library Resource Centre at Pelham Campus, with a smaller centre at Wilson Avenue. There are over 40,000 books, 300 periodicals, over 2,500 videos and DVD's, plus a rapidly developing collection of music CD's.

Much more than a library, library users will have access to 46 computer workstations, that have Internet access, networked CD ROM and Microsoft applications. You can also use the College Intranet, which has streamed educational resources such as TV programmes and College events. Our Audio-Visual suite takes advantage of this resource and you may view our large video and music library.

The library can be used as a study area and we have several quiet rooms, space for private study and group work zones which can either be booked or used on an ad-hoc basis. We also have both colour and black and white printers and photocopiers on-site for you to use.

All students enrolled at City College can use the Library Resource Centre and its facilities.
