The Gallery Restaurant

Eat out in one of Brighton's best kept secret restaurants

Modern British food and great service

A very warm welcome to The Gallery restaurant.

Combining modern English cuisine with a relaxed and informal atmosphere, The Gallery restaurant, is one of the best kept secrets in Brighton. The food offers fantastic value for money - and excellent reviews in the local press and comments from our customers demonstrate that we do not compromise on the quality.

The Gallery is staffed by students from the award winning catering and hospitality courses at Brighton MET. They are taught and supervised by hugely skilled teachers who have many years of industry experience, they make sure the students work to an exacting professional standard.

Our former students have gone on to win such prestigious prizes Young chef of the year, The Roux Scholarship and to run Michelin recognised restaurants. One notable ex student is Ben McKellar who since developing his skills at the College has opened three award winning restaurants in Brighton, The Ginger Fox, The Ginger Man and The Ginger Pig.
