You will gain invaluable experience if you choose to study with us - our Catering Department benefits from modern facilities such as industry standard training kitchens as well as our training restaurant, The Gallery which is staffed by students and open to the public at our Central Campus on Pelham Street.
Day to day with us you be working in a realistic training environment and you will have plenty of opportunity to learn cooking techniques and develop your skills in the kitchen. This will be backed up by theory work around the principles of catering, health and safety, nutrition and computing, maths and language skills.
