You will gain invaluable experience if you choose to study with us - our Catering Department benefits from modern facilities such as industry standard training kitchens as well as our two training restaurants, The Gallery on Pelham Street and City College @ East Central Brasserie at the AMEX Stadium which are both staffed by students and open to the public.

Day to day with us you be working in a realistic training environment and you will have plenty of opportunity to learn cooking techniques and develop your skills in the kitchen. This will be backed up by theory work around the principles of catering, health and safety, nutrition and computing, maths and language skills.
