City College continued their perfect start to the season with a 7 – 2 win away from home against Sandwich Technology College (at Ramsgate FC). The home side went 1-0 up and dominated the early part of the game, but a header from Fred Foreman and a fine strike from Necat Karasahin before half time gave the visitors the lead at the interval. City College came out for the second half and took an unassailable lead, through 3 quick goals in seven minutes from Will Dennis, Frankie Cocozza & Necat Karasahin. 2 more goals were added late on by Adam Mitchell to put the finishing touches to a great away performance. Coach Charlie Oatway said “I am delighted with the performance today. The boys showed real character to weather the early pressure and come back so well from a goal down”. The win keeps City College top of the table.
