Content: You will receive an introduction to working within the Public Services. This is a practical/ hands-on course and you will gain experience with the Public Services including visits and team building.
You will explore such topics as:

The Uniformed and Non-uniformed Public Services sector
Fitness and Lifestyle including circuit training
Health and Safety
Practical Teamworking
Mapwork and Navigation skills

Qualification: BTEC Certificate in Public Services

Could lead to: BTEC First Diploma in Pubic Services or other Level 2 courses

Entry Requirements: You should have an interest in working in the Public Services, be taking GCSE English and be able to work in a team.
