Content: This course will provide you with an insight into the exciting world of working within the Travel and Tourism industry. You will experience first-hand the training facilities used by the Travel and Tourism trade including a full-size mock aircraft, to allow you to demonstrate your customer service skills.
You will explore topics such as:
Qualification: BTEC Introductory Diploma in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism and Airline Cabin Crew
Could lead to: BTEC Cabin Crew and Airline Personnel(Level 2); International Travel Diploma (Level 2); Overseas Resort Operations (Level 2); Airline Operations and Ground Personnel (Level 2)
Entry Requirements: Interview plus initial assessment at Entry Level 2 or 3
