Content: This course will introduce you to the world of childcare and education.
You will study topics including:

Personal development
Human growth and development
Food and Nutrition
Health and Safety
Care of Children
Play and practical activities

Qualification: CACHE Foundation Award in Caring for Children

Could lead to: You may wish to progress into further training and qualifications - either the CACHE Certificate in Childcare and Education or the NVQ Level 2 in Early Years.

Entry Requirements: You should have an interest in working in Childcare and be able to work well in a classroom. You will need to be able to work in a team.
