Course content:
This course will teach photo enthusiasts the stages involved in creating a particular photographic project. From inspiration to research to creating a body of work it will cover all aspects of Photography, including technical and visual understanding to be able to complete the task.
During the 10 week course we will cover research, sequencing, structure, positive critique, open discussion, understanding of fine art photography, funding and discuss possible project outcome i.e. exhibition, arts forum, book.
This creative project approach to photography, will inspire, motivate and actively guide the student to produce a 5-10 piece body of work in their chosen format. By doing so it will deepen existing photographic knowledge and skills, but also encourage the discovery of the students own photographic approach.
(Good for students who have completed a foundation course of photography i.e. ‘Photography Essentials and Intermediate’ or are confident in their photographic practice)
