Entertaining the easy way - this course will show you how to glamorise simple meals, making some one pot wonders - as delightfully delicious as they are easy!

A candle lit evening? A Sunday lunch? A party? This course has plenty of ideas and tips for special occasions that you can enjoy preparing, love eating and be proud to share with friends and family.

The recipes that are adaptable to your needs and life style; building on your skills and kitchen desires to develop your culinary skill and intuition – aimed at developing your own cooking style.

Cooks of all abilities catered for.

Expect to pay between £5 and £10 per week for ingredients.
