Course content:
This course is all about learning to love cooking your way, developing your culinary genius, loving the labour and fruits your kitchen can create.

We will cover the basics – sauces, stews, pies and the like with the emphasis on using ingredients with imagination and intuition toward developing your own cooking style. We will work on menu planning to fit your life style; stocking the store cupboard ready for action; efficient use of time, skills and resources so that your kitchen can be an active, adaptable and deliciously fun place to be!

Expect to pay between £5 and £10 per week on ingredients.

Fees for your course: £50
