Course content:
A course for complete beginners to learn in a friendly and relaxed environment. Explore different crochet stitches and learn how to follow a simple pattern.

By the end of the day you will have learned the basic stitches and be able to follow a simple pattern. During the day you will work towards crocheting a circular motif or coaster, a granny square which can be developed into a blanket and flowers which can be turned into brooches or embellishments for shoes, bags and clothing.

Students can bring their own yarns and crochet hooks or these can be provided by the tutor at a low cost (please allow 50p-£4 depending on size/amount used).
