‘I've always wanted to learn Spanish, but I am worried that with my age……’

This course could be your first step. Did you know that learning two languages can help your brain stay healthy? Canadian researchers who have been studying the brain health of a group of ageing people have recently found that people who learned to speak more than one language were able to keep their mental faculties sharp longer than people who had only learned to use one language.

Why not take this first step?

Learning is fun, especially when you are learning in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. This course is for complete beginners. You will develop the ability to communicate in everyday situations in the Spanish language, but at the same time get to know some aspects of the fascinating culture.

Speaking and listening will be the main focus of the course with advice on pronunciation. Some grammar and written work is included if appropriate. Remember – it’s never too late to learn a language!
