If you have not yet found an employer you can still fill in complete an Apprenticeship application form available below for download and submit to our freepost address:

You can also and apply for a our Full-time courses which will allow you to study qualifications relevant to your chosen in the occupational sector relevant to your Apprenticeship programme.

You would then be classed as wanting to do an Apprenticeship and can change transfer onto an the Apprenticeship programme at any point course without losing any of your previous study from your Fulltime course, if you have:

secured employment within the relevant occupational area
satisfy the funding criteria as set out by the Skills Funding Agency (please contact City Business Skills for full details) when this happens

The Apprenticeship is made up of several different elements:

QCF Diploma or Certificate (Formally known as NVQ)
Key Skills or Functional Skills
Technical Certificate or Diploma
Employers Rights & Reponsibilities

Once employed we will continue to deliver the qualification either in the work place through work based assessment or on one of our day release programmes - this will be dependant on the occupational sector.
