Business Apprenticeships

Business, Admin & Management Apprenticeships in Brighton

 

Whether you're good with numbers, love working with customers or have a head for problem solving, we have apprenticeships to suit any industry sector.


Duration: 18 Months

Start Date: Roll-On/Roll-Off

Course Content: You will learn, develop and practice the skills required to work in an office environment which will include:

  • Personal Development and Progression
  • Completing general administration tasks
  • Working in a team and achieving targets
  • Using Microsoft Office and Excel to complete work related tasks
  • Conforming to general health and safety in the workplace
  • Moving, handling and storing resources in the workplace

Assessment: Assessment will be through a range of assessment techniques including work place observations and the production of a portfolio of workplace evidence and knowledge.

Progression: Following successful completion of the Apprenticeship you may want to further develop your skills by enrolling onto a Level 3 qualification.

Entry Requirements: To do this course you are required to have one of the following 5 GCSEs grade A – E to include English and Maths or an equivalent level 1 qualification in the same vocational subject.

  • Monitoring work and giving feedback
  • Resolving problems and complaints
  • Delivering and improving customer service
  • Meeting and achieving targets within the team
  • Conforming to general health and safety in the workplace
  • Moving, handling and storing resources in the workplace

Assessment: Assessment will be through a range of assessment techniques including workplace observations and the production of a portfolio of workplace evidence and knowledge.

Progression: Following successful completion of the Apprenticeship you may want to further develop your skills by enrolling onto a Level 3 Management and Leadership qualification.

Entry Requirements: To do this course you are required to have one of the following 5 GCSEs grade A – E to include English and Maths or an equivalent level 1 qualification in the same vocational subject.

Assessment: Assessment will be through a range of assessment techniques including workplace observations and the production of a portfolio of workplace evidence and knowledge.

  • Moving, handling and storing resources in the workplace

Assessment: Assessment will be through a range of assessment techniques including workplace observations and the production of a portfolio of workplace evidence and knowledge.

Progression: Following successful completion of the Apprenticeship you may want to further develop your skills by enrolling onto a Management course.

Progression: Following successful completion of the courseyou may want to further develop your skills by enrolling onto anotherManagement and Leadership course.

Entry Requirements: To do this course you are required to have one of the following 5 GCSEs grade A E to include English and Maths and ICT or an equivalent level 2 qualification in the same vocational subject.
