At City College we offer lots of different full time courses for 16 to 18 year olds to study in Brighton and Hove. The courses we run are vocational, which means they're practical, hands on courses on which you'll 'learn by doing'. This is a great way to study and is focused on providing you with the key skills needed to progress in to the world of work or to go on to study at University.

City College Brighton and Hove offers a range of Full-time courses including BTECs, First Diplomas, Apprenticeships, NVQ's and Higher National Diplomas. These are all really well respected qualifications that are exactly what employers want to see on your CV when you leave college or uni and start to apply for jobs.

Employers tell us they value skills and experience as well as a qualification. Therefore, our courses are designed to give you real-life experience and our facilities reflect that - from our industry standard training kitchens to life-size construction rigs, specialist electrical facilities, theatre, training restaurant and hair and beauty salons. Our East Campus is at Wilson Avenue and is set in the downs near the Marina, both Campuses have state of the art facilities and fantastic tutors to ensure you get the best preparation for when you leave us and move on to the next stage of your life
