Course aims:
The aim of the course is to build confidence and skills in preparation for future employment or training.

Course content:
The Prince's Trust TEAM programme is a 12 week training and personal development programme that helps young people build confidence and think about their futures.

Participants will
Gain a qualification
Go on a residential activity week away from home
Complete community projects
Attend useful training workshops
Gain work experience
Build a CV
Plan and stage a Final Presentation evening to celebrate your achievements
Travel is free and there are no course costs.

Young people aged 16 - 25 are eligible to apply. The course will not affect entitlement to benefits.

Assessment: 100% coursework.

There are no formal entry requirements on this course.

Interview for entry: Direct entry

Progression and links:
After successfully completing this course, you will have the confidence to apply for a variety of Level 1 or Level 2 courses on offer at the College.
