Apply onto Adult Education courses throughout the year

When do enrolments start?

Enrolments will start on Monday 23rd June 2008 at 9.30am. From then onwards you can enrol at any time using the procedure outlined below. In general, the Enrolments Office is open from 9.30am - 4.30pm, Monday to Thursday and 9.30am - 3.30pm on Fridays (please check before making a special journey).

How do I enrol?

Post

Post the completed form to the Adult and Community Learning Centre, Connaught Road, Hove, BN3 3WB, enclosing either a cheque made payable to CCBH or your credit/debit card details (including expiry date and security code - last 3 numbers on back of card and issue number were applicable). Please do not send cash. If you require a receipt please supply a Stamped Addressed Envelope with your reservation. Unfortunately we are unable to acknowledge receipt of your form by post unless this is provided.

In Person (at the Connaught Centre, Hove)

You will be asked to complete a Reservation Form and payment will be due at this point. Please ensure you have all your details with you, including evidence of entitlement to fee remission (if applicable).

By Telephone

Please call 01273 667744. You will be asked for the course number and title, your name, address, date of birth, telephone contact numbers and credit/debit card details.

By Fax

Suitable only for debit or credit card payments.

Please note that we shall not contact you between enrolment and the first meeting of the class unless:

A course is already full when we receive your application.
The course is cancelled.
We need to give you special advice in advance.

You should therefore ensure that you keep a note of the start date and time of the course and go directly to the class/reception at the first session. Receipts are available for collection from the Office at the Connaught Adult and Community Learning Centre. Please note that the telephone lines will be particularly busy at peak enrolment times and reservations by post or in person are recommended at these times.
