This course is ideal for those who are already working in an environment where interpersonal skills are needed and who wish to consolidate their skills and knowledge.
This Award will build and consolidate skills and knowledge
if you currently work in an environment where inter-personal
skills are essential to the job.
It is also designed to further enable careers in Counselling, Health & Social Care, Child Care or Learning & Development. You will be given the opportunity to learn effective communication skills and to engage in a one-to-one helping relationship.
