Course aims:
This course is ideal for those who are already working in an environment where interpersonal skills are needed and who wish to consolidate their skills and knowledge.

It is also designed for those who might wish to consider a career in counselling, health and social care, child care or learning and development.

It will give you the opportunity to understand the skills needed to communicate effectively and to engage in a one-to-one helping relationship appropriately.
