Course aims:
This course will enable you to achieve a GCSE in mathematics. It will also help develop a positive attitude to the subject and an ability to solve problems; to read, write, use, apply and talk about the subject with confidence and enjoyment.
The course runs at foundation level for those who have not yet achieved a ‘C’ grade. The highest grade you can achieve at foundation level is a ‘C’.
A higher course will run for those who have already achieved a ‘C’ and need to top up.

All candidates will be assessed to see if their current maths ability is sufficient to cope with this intensive course.
GCSE Higher Maths: candidates must already hold a ‘C’ grade to enrol on the Higher course.
