Course aims:
If you work within the Catering industry and are currently employed, or aspire to be, in a supervisory role then this is the qualification for you.
You will develop your catering skills to a high degree and learn practically about the principles of team leading and getting results from your colleagues. This will demonstrate to employers that you are ready for a senior position in their organisation.

You cannot already hold a Level 4 qualification or above and you must be currently employed in the sector.
