IT is an increasingly important area, and whatever role you take you’ll be part of a fast-moving, everchanging sector.
You must be employed in an IT personnel job role, working on helpdesk to assist IT users with technical support.

You cannot already hold a Level 4 qualification or above and you must be currently employed in the sector.
