This one day course will introduce you to the key principles of leadership and management.
It has been specifically designed to introduce new managers and those experienced managers who have not received any management development to some of the basic principles of leadership.
It will enable you to develop a clearer understanding of your role and preferred ways of working.

This course is designed to identify and develop the key business skills you need to maximise performance in being a supervisor/team leader or managing people.
