Taking this course will allow you to embark on a career in learning and development or improve your skills and knowledge in this area. It delivers all the essential training to become an effective learning and development professional for those delivering or organising such activities within an organisation. You will need to set aside an extra two hours a week to complete this intensive study course.

Course content:
Units in this course will cover understanding the importance of learning and development within the wider organisation, identifying learner needs, how to deliver training activities and how to access the outcomes of these activities.

Library facilities contain a number of associated course text books and computer access.
