Course aims:
If you are interested in a career in Further/Adult Education, private training, community or work-based learning, then this 12 week introductory course is ideal.

It is intended to be a ‘survival guide’ for those entering the teaching or training market for the first time or for any existing teacher/trainer who would like to receive a recognised qualification in education and training.

The course covers key issues such as overcoming barriers to learning, planning, delivery and assessment. This course will increase your confidence as a teacher/trainer and will broaden your repertoire of super effective, evidence based teaching methods.
