Course aims:
This half day Social Media course focuses on Twitter and is for businesses that have never used Twitter before or who have set up a Twitter account for their business and have stopped using it.

Course content:
This Twitter course is a practical hands on course. Not only will you be walked through Twitters platform but you will also be able to set up your business's Twitter account and start Tweeting.

You will be provided with ideas, techniques and practical tips which will enable you to run a successful business Twitter account.

All participants will also be able to access a FREE 30 minutes Twitter Business mentoring session with the tutor after their first month of Business Tweeting.

Some of the topics covered are:

1. Putting your business in context
2. An overview of Twitter’s platform and how to use it
3. Building your community, listening & engaging
