Course aims:
These classes focus on vegetarian and vegan dishes to provide a more balanced meat-free diet. The tutor will be taking inspiration from Natasha Corrett, Ottolenghi and the Thug Kitchen, providing an international flavour to the classes.

The course is aimed at those who are quite new to vegetarian
cookery as well as the more confident and will cover menu
planning and different styles of cooking.
