Typical breakfast event agenda
0730 – 0800 Arrival and Networking time
0800 – 0835 Breakfast is served
0835 – 0840 Introduction: Naomi Nunan City Business Club Coordinator
0840 - 0850 Five 1 minute pitch slots
0850 – 0920 Topic Presentation
0920 - 0930 Five 1 minute pitch slots
0930 – 0935 Close – Naomi Nunan
0935 - 1000 Networking time
1 min pitch slots
During the informal networking time at the beginning of the event one of us will go round and collect business cards. This is not mandatory. Anyone wanting the chance to have a 1 min pitch slot can give their card in. During the breakfast we will have two lots of 5 minutes for the 10 1 minute pitch slots. Your pitch needs to be a brief introduction to your business and could if you want contain a top tip!
*We will be keeping a note of the businesses that get the pitch slots so that every business has the chance.
Evening agenda
Evening events offer a chance to have plenty of informal networking time and are more of a social affair. They do not feature a presentation or the five minute pitch slots. Previous evening events have been:
- A cheese and wine tasting
- Christmas party with circus skills
- Quiz night
