Please sign and return your acceptance form together with a deposit of £1,000 or full fees if you are applying for a Tier 4 visa. You must do this to secure a place on the course. We will only issue your visa support letter or CAS once you have paid your fees.
If you would like us to arrange accommodation and airport pick up you should also pay these arrangement fees now.
When making a payment you must always ensure the name of the student, the course they have applied for and their person code are on the transfer so we can trace payments.

Applying for a visa can take time, so please make sure that you apply as early as possible. More information on visa processing times can be found here.
Please inform us as soon as you have received your visa to confirm your arrival date.
If you have requested airport pick-up please send us your full flight details.

It is a good idea to pay the remainder of your tuition fees before travelling to the UK. If your tuition fees are not paid in full when you arrive at the college we will require the balance to be paid on the first day of your course. You will not be able to join your class until you have paid your fees in full.
Further information on preparing for your arrival at City College and in the UK can be found here.
