Meet and Greet Service
A free service to bring you from the airport to Brighton
When you arrive at Heathrow or Gatwick Airport we can arrange for a taxi to pick you up and bring you to Brighton. This is a free service and you will not be charged.
Details you must provide
In order to be able to make sure we are there when you arrive, we will need you to let us know the following:
- Arrival date & time
- Flight number & where the flight is arriving from
- Complete address where it is that you are going (if it is the homestay address, please bring this with you).
Download the Taxi Request Form (PDF, 51k). Print it, complete all the details and then fax it to 00 44 1273 667721.
Please ensure that you let us know these details before the 24th August 2008 so we can ensure that there is someone there to meet you when you arrive.
You will not be able to book this service until we have received all the details above.
