How to pay your course fees

Before we can issue you with an 'unconditional' offer letter, you will have to pay a deposit to reserve a place on your chosen course. The deposit is £1000.

When paying a deposit you must always ensure the name of the student, the course they have applied for and their person code are on the transfer so we can trace payments.

You can send the deposit to us by one of the following:

You will get more information on this with your offer letter which you will receive after we have accepted your application.

Deposit Refunds

If you are refused a UK student visa to enter or remain in the UK, you may claim a refund (minus the administrative charge of £100.00) if you can show us a copy of the refusal from the British Embassy (APP200), copies of all pages of your passport and the original documents of admission issued by City College. If the refusal letter states that fraudulent documents have been used in the visa application process, a refund will be refused.

After you arrive

Before you arrive in the UK you need to prepare the balance or remaining payment of your course fees so that you can pay the college on enrolment day. We advise that where possible you try not to bring large amounts of cash to the UK.

We advise that you pay your balance by one of the following:

If you cannot use any of the above options, we will accept cash on enrolment day.

Note: As of the 15th June 2007, the maximum amount of cash and/or travellers cheque that you are legally allowed to bring into the UK is 10,000 EURO.

Full Fee/Discounted Fee

If you intend to pay the discounted fee, you will have to ensure that you pay your full fee by the 7th September 2009. If you pay the remainder of your fees after this date, you will have to pay the quoted full fee for your chosen course.

Late Payment

If you do not pay quoted tuition fees within 3 weeks of the start of the course there will be an additional charge of 10% of the fee.
