Privately rented accommodation is arranged when you are already in Brighton as you need to sign a contract. It is therefore important that if you choose this accommodation option, you arrange accommodation for the first few weeks you are in Brighton.
You have the option of sharing a flat/house or living alone.
A deposit of approximately 1 month's rent is usually required in advance and electricity, water, TV licence and other bills will be extra.
