Students from City College Brighton and Hove are staging 'Peek Show', a multimedia event involving audio, video, animation, interactivity and live performance at the Sanctuary Café in Hove on the 6th June.
HND Multimedia students have been given the opportunity to combine a selection of digital, electronic, analogue and presentational media forms to produce a sequence of dynamic and challenging artefacts for public display. This is the culmination of their first year of study on the course and will help prepare them for the demands a chosen career path in the multimedia industries.
Course co-ordinator James Brocklehurst says:
'The students are excited, if not a little daunted, by the prospect of their work being scrutinised by others, but feel that the experience will help them to view their practice in a more professional light.'
'Peek Show' is at the Sanctuary Café, 51-55 Brunswick St. East, Hove, East Sussex on 6th June at 8.30pm. Admission is free.
