City College launches summer hair and beauty offers

City College Brighton and Hove has launched a range of summer credit crunch-busting offers for hair and beauty treatments in its training salons. Bargain offers include half price perms at £9.00, cut and blow dry for £7, full leg waxes for £8, pedicures for £4.50 and Indian head massages for £7.
