City College's excellent Ofsted report has been acknowledged in a prominent article in The Argus newspaper:

Under the heading 'Hard work pays', the paper's 'Comment' column also stated:
"The turnaround in the fortunes of City College Brighton and Hove are testament to the hard work put in by staff and management. The college is now ranked as one of the best general further education colleges in the country, and was rated as good with outstanding features by inspectors. It is a good news story for the city as it is vital that every learner is given the opportunity to take a course which interests them and enables them to pursue their chosen career. This includes courses which are more vocational, something City College excels in."
