City College Brighton and Hove, in partnership with Azure Catering and Brighton & Hove Jobs, is hosting two recruitment events on Wednesday 25th May and Thursday 2nd June on the Mezzanine Floor, Pelham Tower, Pelham Street, Brighton from 4-8pm as part of a drive to fill 600 catering & hospitality job positions at Brighton & Hove Albion's Amex Stadium.
City College Principal Phil Frier says: 'It's becoming very apparent that the new stadium is creating outstanding employment opportunities in the city and as a College we're keen not only to find work for our own catering and hospitality students but also work with our partners to help fill these positions by holding these events which are open to anyone with the relevant credentials.'

600 staff needed at Amex Stadium
The stadium is seeking all grades of catering staff to work alongside its star chef Fred Tobin, who was once personal chef to the Prime Minister and also worked at the Dorchester Hotel in Park Lane, Harrods in Knightsbridge and The Grove in Rickmansworth.
Chefs, logistics porters, kitchen porters and goods receiving porters will be needed to work in the seven kitchens and other back of house areas in the stadium, providing superb catering for matchday hospitality and a huge range of non-matchday events, from trade fairs and conferences to weddings and private parties.
