Local people in need of a trim this summer will be able to have their hair cut for free by some of City College Brighton and Hove’s most talented hairdressing apprentices. Appointments are available between 12-5 pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 14th July and 2nd September.
Natalie Kichenside, an NVQ Assessor in Hairdressing for City College, says:

Free haircuts at City College!
"The hairdressers are all experienced Level 2 and 3 apprentices and are fully supervised. Not only is this an excellent freebie for people who need a haircut in these cash-strapped times, its also great for our apprentices to use their time effectively during the summer and gain knowledge and skills that they can bring back to the local salons where they’re serving their apprenticeships."
City College’s Hair Suite is at Pelham Tower, Pelham Street, Brighton. For appointments, call 07545 204863.
