Spotlight on College’s HE students’ creativity

City College Brighton and Hove students studying degree-level courses in Visual Arts, Music and Photography are hosting an exhibition at the College’s Central Campus on June 2nd– 3rd. ’Spotlight’ provides visitors with a chance to come and witness the rich creativity of the College’s Higher Education students and celebrate their final work.

Visual Arts - Gloucester Building

Visual Arts Practice presents a compilation of work including sculpture, jewellery making and photography. Viewers can expect to see a range of different media from third year students displaying their skills set in Visual Arts.

Creative Music Production - Pelham Tower, Main Hall, 1st floor

The exhibition will be presented by the Foundation Degree and B.A. students. The music students have been working hard to showcase a wide variety of work including music/sound, interactive visual and sound installations.

Photography - Pelham Tower, Exhibition Room, 1st Floor

A showcase of work to conclude two years of exploring the medium of photography. The work featured in this exhibition demonstrates a variety of skills and conceptual ideas from individual students. This exhibition will feature video production as well as digital and analogue work to illustrate different ideas including political concepts within personal projects.
