Students create Mothers Day confections

Patisserie students at City College Brighton and Hove have been busy this week creating Mothers Day-themed confections which are being sold at the College's training restaurant, The Gallery. Tutor Richard Hook says:

'The students seem to really enjoy having a theme to work to as it gives them the opportunity to use a range of different patisserie skills in a fun, creative way.'
